Pau Pau D'Arco is obtained from the bark of a tree called Tabeusa or Tabeuia Ipe, which grows in tropical rainforests. It has been traditionally used as daily drinks and sweetened with honey or otherwise. The use of it internally supports your immune system, while a vegetarian diet based on natural food will also support its operation.
