Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aurox Health. The following is our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through Aurox Health. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your AuroxHealth.com Account (up to 15 minutes after placing the order), or the email you used during the checkout process (if you have proceeded with the purchase as a Guest).
The tracking number should be active within 24-72 hours.
What shipping speeds are offered?
All available shipping speeds will be shown to you during checkout.
Estimated shipping speeds shown are dependent on the destination country (please refer to the table below for details).
When calculating the expected delivery time, please take into account the processing time as well as the shipping speed.
Delivery Delays can occasionally occur due to many reasons, and especially due to Customs Clearance outside European Union.
What are the Shipping Rates?
We charge per Spring and DPD published rates.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
What is covered in the FREE SHIPPING?
Currently (during our Special Summer 2023 price promotion) Free shipping is available in Europe on orders above €100.00 EUR.
When the Special Summer 2023 price promotion will end, the free shipping will revert to the following:
a) for orders over €39.00 EUR for Standard Shipping option with Spring (or other local logistics partner),
b) for orders over €79.00 EUR for Express Shipping with DPD.
My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. Aurox Health would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
Please note that Aurox Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at Aurox Health here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart depending on weight and size, safety, and insurance required. You will see the reduction if it applies to your region.
Due to significant shipping discounts offered by Aurox Health, for some items the shipping will add cumulatively unless multiple items are purchased. The shipping charge is always per the website.
We are shipping worldwide. All orders are processed within 24 hours excluding holidays.

There are no deliveries for Aurox Health on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays. Aurox Health ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays.
Aurox Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
