Product Description:

Borage is a common annual plant in Europe. Its seed oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid and omega-6 and omega-9 acids. This oil has an anti-inflammatory effect on our body and improves the condition and quality of the skin - much more so than other oils.

Borage Oil  (Borago officinalis) (seed) 1,000 mg (1 g), which typically contains:  Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 190 mg,  Linoleic Acid (LA) 350 mg

Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel three times daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin.
