B-Complex with B-12 from Puritan's Pride is a dietary supplement in drops containing an excellent source of B vitamins and vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 is responsible for the proper functioning of metabolism, supports the fight against stress, and helps maintain the production of red blood cells. Vitamin B12, on the other hand, effectively strengthens immunity, supports the nervous system and adds energy.

Directions: SHAKE WELL before use. For adults, place one (1.0) mL/cc under the tongue and hold there for 30 seconds before swallowing, up to four times daily.

Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Sorbitol, Vegetable Glycerin. Contains <2% of: Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Potassium Sorbate (preservative).
