Puritan's Pride Milk Thistle 1000 mg Silymarin 180 softgels is a supplement containing milk thistle, which comes from a purple flower. This ingredient has been known for thousands of years in Greek territories. By supporting the external cell membrane of the liver, it supports the work of the liver. It also has antioxidant properties and helps maintain health and well-being.

Milk Thistle Extract 250mg (Silybum marianum)(seed) (a 4:1 Extract, Equivalent to 1,000 mg whole herb)

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Other Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin. Contains <2% of: Natural Caramel Color, Soy Lecithin, Titanium Dioxide Color.
