NOW Food's DHA-500 / EPA 250 is a high-quality supplement containing omega 3 fatty acids with an increased content of docosahexaenoic acid. One capsule contains as much as 500 mg of docosahexaenoic acid.

Suggested Use: Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.
