    Curcumin (from Curcuma longa) (rhizome) (standardised to a minimum of 95% curcuminoids) 300 mg,
    Black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) (fruit) (standardised to a minimum of 95% piperine) 5 mg

    Other ingredients: Gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fibre), magnesium stearate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, stearic acid, silica.

    Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice daily before meals.
