Melatonin 5 mg with B-6 120 Timed Release Coated Tablets thanks to a well-chosen dose of melatonin will allow you to sleep well and reduce problems with falling asleep. It acts as an antioxidant that fights free radicals, which effectively slows down the aging process. Additionally, the body gradually doses the released supplement. This supplement contains vitamin B6, which affects the proper metabolism, nervous and immune systems. It also helps to eliminate the feeling of weariness and fatigue.

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.

Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose. Contains <2% of: Natural Palm Leaf Glaze, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
