Now Foods dietary supplement is a combination of 2essential nutrients that are calcium and magnesium for the proper functioning of our body.

Magnesium (elemental) (from 928 mg complex of Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Ascorbate) 500 mg  (the dose refers to a daily dose of 2 tablets)

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Vegetarian Coating, Croscarmellose Sodium, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

Suggested Use: Take 2 tablets daily. Can be taken in divided doses. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
