Product Description

Melatonin is a hormone that regulates the biological circadian rhythm, which controls how much and for how long we sleep. Melatonin levels drop significantly during the night in elderly people - it's likely to make it difficult to fall asleep. The role melatonin plays is not just regulating length of sleep but also protecting our immune system from harmful hormones like cortisol (cortisol being high during times of stress).

Suggested Use: Take 1 lozenge just prior to bedtime as needed. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow.

Other Ingredients: Fructose, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Mannitol, Natural Peppermint Flavor, Sorbitol and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
