Swanson Ultra-Albion Multi-Mineral With Iron is a supplement containing a number of minerals and vitamins with a wide and equally beneficial effect. It contains, amongst others, iron, which helps in the proper cognitive functions, production of haemoglobin and red blood cells. It helps to properly transport oxygen and contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue in the body. Amino acid chelates have much better absorption of minerals, and moreover, they are released only when they are needed for the proper functioning of the body.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules one to two times per day with food and water.
