NOW Foods Omega-3 are polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega-3 type which can be used to help prevent numerous diseases like heart disease. Fish oil has been made under strict quality control while excluding the presence, toxicity and release of  hazardous pollutants (ie copper, heavy metals) that cause cancerous substances like PCBs and dioxins.

Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and d-alpha Tocopherol. Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna). d-alpha Tocopherol from non-GMO soy.


Suggested Use: Take 2 softgels twice daily with food.
