Kava Kava from Now Foods is a dietary supplement in capsules with extract from the root of the Piper methysticum plant. It is used for relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety and improved sleep. It contains kavalactones - active compounds with anti-anxiety and sedative effects. Each capsule of Kava Kava Extract containsramin. 30% kavalactones, which are the active compounds responsible for the effects of kava. Kavalactones exhibit: effects on the nervous system, helping to reduce tension, stress, anxiety  improve the quality of sleep.

Organic Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (Root) 100 mg

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.


Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily as needed. Daily use should not exceed 4 weeks.
