The role melatonin plays in our body isn't just regulating length of sleep, but also protecting us from harmful hormones like cortisol (cortisol being high during times of stress), which in turn can cause immune issues.

    Directions: For adults, take 1 fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.
