Vitamin B-6 Pyridoxine by Puritan's Pride is a widely used supplement with many benefits. It supports the normal breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, while being essential for energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also works with folic acid and vitamin B12 to promote cardiovascular health. Each capsule provides 100 mg of vitamin B6.

Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica. Contains <2% of: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid.
